If you want to improve a round and podgy face, then there is a simple procedure for it. It is done under local anesthesia through an intrabuccal incision. The fatty lumps are removed without any visible scar. Other fat pads, or Bichat’s fat pads, are resectioned to refine the cheeks by making the cheekbones more prominent and giving the face more flattering angles.
